Q1. How to place an order?

Please send us an inquiry via email, and we will send you the price list for you to select the required models and quantities. Once all details are confirmed, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) to you. We will arrange production after receiving your signed PI and deposit. When goods are ready for shipment, we will notify you of the shipping date and relevant information. We will assist you in tracking the cargo until safe delivery.

Q2. What payment terms do you accept?

Payment Methods:

• T/T: 50% deposit in advance; the remaining 50% balance to be paid before shipment.

• L/C: 100% irrevocable sight L/C, subject to confirmation by our bank.
Trade Terms: We accept INCOTERMS 2020: FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q3. What are your packing and shipping terms?
Generally, we adopt standard export wooden cases for LCL shipments. We accept customized shipping solutions upon negotiation.

From functional design (such as energy-saving operation and adjustable working parameters) to material selection (wear-resistant and anti-corrosion materials), every detail is tailored to cope with the harsh working conditions on farms and improve breeding efficiency.

All livestock equipment enjoys a unified 1-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. Within the warranty period, we provide free repair, free replacement of defective parts and professional technical support for quality failures caused by non-human factors, enabling customers to use the equipment without worries.

Q7. What does the 1-year warranty cover? Are there any exceptions?
The warranty covers core equipment components, including hydraulic systems, power units (diesel/gasoline engines, transmission assemblies, electric control systems and automatic lubrication systems). Consumable parts (such as belts, filters, lubricants and sealing parts) are not covered by the warranty. Nevertheless, we supply original spare parts at favorable prices for long-term operation.
